Welcome to where you can spend a relaxing holiday shared between the spacious open-plan living area and the outdoors. Patio doors and plenty of windows make the villa light and airy, and give views of the pretty garden and sparkling pool. With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a downstairs loo, and full air conditioning, the villa accommodates six guests comfortably.
Mature trees and pretty hibiscus hedges keep the garden secluded and private. Although it’s a south-facing sun trap, there are also areas of shade throughout the day – for when you’ve caught enough rays. Another big plus in the Cyprus summer is that there’s often the benefit of a refreshing sea breeze.
Large enough for swimming and games, you will love the indulgence of your own private pool.
The Mediterranean garden is another of the villa highlights, the sub-tropical planting providing plenty of interest, and attracting wildlife such as butterflies and lizards. And for warm al fresco evenings there’s a variety of garden lighting making it a perfect place to enjoy a barbecue with friends and family.

Your Home-From-Home
As the villa is a cherished and regularly visited holiday home, you will find plenty of extra little touches to make your stay go smoothly – from reading glasses and binoculars, to cool box, picnicware and car windscreen shade.
To help you settle in, there’s a useful handbook about the villa, appliances and locality. Feel free to browse our library of guide books and maps, plus the latest Lonely Planet Guide on the laptop.
Cyprus sockets are the same as the UK, (some with USB points), so bringing your own gadgets is easy. For European visitors we supply adapters.

Vineland Pissouri Bay
You’ll find the villa in a private road running parallel with the beach. If you like seclusion, the beach path between the fields in front of the villa leads to the quiet end of the sands where turtles nest. Just past the shops is the busier central part of the beach where you can chill on a sunbed or try some watersports. Either route only takes a few minutes, so it’s easy to split your time between the beach and the villa, and there’s no need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield.
